Shipping & Delivery
Many of the items in the Cosplay.com store ship the same day if ordered by 11am and the item is sitting in our warehouse inventory. In the cases where it is not in inventory, we receive the items and ship within 24-48 hours. The only exception is any item ordered from our Japan suppliers, which will take on average one week before shipping out. You can choose the best shipping method during checkout.  Please remember that the time in transit for your package is dependent on the day the order ships. In all cases, you will receive a tracking number when the item ships, so that you can track your package as it makes its way to your door.
Privacy & Security
We will never sell, rent or give away your information to any 3rd party.  Cosplay.com does not store any customer credit card information, nor do we have direct access to it. Please refer to Cosplay.com's main Privacy Policy for more information.
Returns & Replacements
For all non-defective returns, Cosplay.com charges a 15% restocking fee. This fee is required by some of our suppliers in the event we have to return the item to them. All non-defective returns must be returned in brand new condition, and in the original packaging. You can request a replacement for a non-defective item (e.g. you ordered a blue wig and decided later to go with a grey wig) however you will be required to pay the shipping costs on the new item shipment.

For defective returns (item was damaged, not the color you ordered, etc) we will cover the return costs and ship the new item out to you.

Please use the Help Desk in your account to request a return authorization number that can be included in your return.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, simply sign into your account and click on "My Account". From there, you have many options to do things like add/delete shipping addresses, update your password and more. In the event that you need to update an already placed order, please contact us asap (phone is best) and if the order hasn't shipped yet we will do everything we can to fix the order for you.
